Using the app
Use Memovela for personal tracking, education, and community participation in a lawful and respectful way. Do not misuse the app, other accounts, or shared spaces.

Memovela provides tracking tools and educational support, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. For medical concerns, talk to a licensed clinician.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for your login credentials, the accuracy of what you enter, and the content you choose to share in community spaces.
Purchases and subscriptions
Memovela may offer optional one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. For Apple purchases, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing, payment processing, and applicable refunds under its terms and policies.
Apple App Store terms
If you download or use Memovela through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to that use. You can review it here: Apple Standard EULA.
Optional health connections
Apple Health and other connected data sources are optional. You control the permissions you grant and may revoke them at any time through the applicable device or service settings. Memovela uses connected data only to provide the features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
Memovela may update product features, policies, and these terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
